Catch Basins

Catch Basins allow soap residue, grease and heavier sediment to settle before they enter the main line. Eventually your catch basin will need to be serviced and the settled material removed. If your catch basin is not serviced properly you will experience a back up into your home as the settled material will eventually build up filling the catch basin. Some catch basins also fall apart over time and must be rebuilt. Also in some instances you can bypass the catch basin so that you no longer have to service it.
